Eligibility
Only items purchased directly from verdemundo.co are eligible for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened products may still be eligible — we want you to try it risk-free.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve processed your refund.
Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@verdemundo.co .
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or we made an error).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
